Our Projects
From 1991 to Present, RR Tandem Construction Corporation completed an unprecedented one hundred twenty two (122) projects of various types and works. Very recent of these was the P 55M Construction of Yokohama Tire Plant Expansion Phase III at Clark Special Economic Zone Pampanga and the P 11.5M for the Construction of Hyundai Showroom at Edsa Balintawak Q.C. , the P19M construction of the HICAP Pure Water Treatment Plant and Energy Building in Sta. Rosa, Laguna for Riofil Corporation and the P35M site development of Grayline Gardens in Bulaon, San Fernando, Pampanga---a joint undertaking with Ligaya Construction.
The company was also responsible for various civil, painting, earth, concrete, sanitary and furniture works at the Polo, San Fernando and Mariveles Breweries of San Miguel Corporation from 1993 to 1997. That same year, it undertook Pepsi Cola Bottlers , Philippines’ P11M site development and civil construction of the softdrink giant’s plant in Sindalan, San Fernando, Pampanga. Then in 1998, it completed the P14 M, three-storey Bencom Pacific Building in Quezon City.
Outstanding design, high-quality engineering work and efficient time management have made all of RR Tandem’s projects truly notable. Other major accomplishments include the P26m construction of Yokohama Tire Plant Expansion Pahse II in 2003 the construction of the P42M Pilipinas Kyoritsu Inc. at Lipa Batangas in 2004 and that includes the construction of P10M Various Additional works; the Site Development of the Philippine Shin-Ei Factory at Clarkfield; the construction of the P18M Filinvest Ready Built Factory in Calamba; and several Interior Finishing works for Max’s Restaurant, Cabalen Foods Inc., Mossimo, Folded & Hung, David’s Salon, and a few stores designed by Interior Designer Jonathan Matti.
Today, the company is back at its drawing boards with bigger and more challenging projects it will soon accomplish in the same fashion---engineering marvel par excellance!
